Per HOA rules, no garbage nor lawn debris can be set out sooner than the day before pickup.

ARC or Architectural Review Committee meets on the second Thursday of the month at 7pm at the clubhouse.  ALL exterior modifications require approval prior to any work commencing.  All submissions are now electronic only - https://www.arctracker.com/JohnsLakePointe.  All ARC docs are available on the ARC Tracker.  Please note all instructions (i.e. All paint modifications require physical swatches.)

New to the neighborhood and need a keyfob or have a fob lost or stolen?  Please email jlpcommunity@outlook.com.  All renters will need to have their rental agreement placed on file.
