As a homeowner, you have access to many items that may not be shared publicly. JLP is a deed restricted community and all exterior modifications must receive ARC approval prior to changes commencing. Please look below to find several homeowner documents and JLP's calendar of events.

Renters/Owners
Only long term rentals are allowed in JLP. No Air BnB, VRBO, or other short term rentals are allowed. Renters may request clubhouse access based on the duration of their rental agreement which must be placed on file with Don Asher. All renters are held to the same standards as owners and must follow the JLP CC&Rs as well as the Winter Garden City Code ordinances.
